If the item you order is in stock, delivery will be 7 – 10 working days. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please contact us, and we will try and make a plan with our suppliers to get it for you. We use independent delivery contractors, but will send you the tracking details, so that you will know where your parcel is, every step of the way.

OUR PRICING GUARANTEE
We will match or beat any price you get on our range of products on receipt of a valid quotation from our competitor as proof. Please be advised that shipping might still apply on that product if we’ve matched the price.
Our products carry a one to five year guarantee against failure, provided by our suppliers.
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery/collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery/collection.
We will arrange to collect the product from you. Once we have inspected the product, we will either repair or replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). We work hard to deliver on our promises, but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to arrange for a return.
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, are in good working order and are without defects.
o What is a defect?
o A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
o The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:
-faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
-damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
-damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
-damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
-damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
-where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on our website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you;
The item must be in its original packaging and you’ll need the proof of payment. When you receive your purchase, please check it thoroughly. Identify and note any damage that may have happened in transit.
DO I PAY FOR THE RETURNS?
If your product is still under guarantee, we will arrange for it to be collected. In the event of products ordered incorrectly, we ask a restocking fee of 20%. This will be at your (the customer’s) own expense. If you need transport for the product, we can also arrange it for a small fee.
